FaceIT is a great example of what can be done with android. Its more an application than a game but this is something that everyone would like to show off in front of the buddies to get some envy looks.
The application has a collection of funny mouths that respond to your voice and when you put your phone over your mouth and talk or sing. It does the magic and a funny magic it is.
I personally tested the app of this and I found it to work exactly as what is being described. It does have several various faces. Some of it includes the ubiquitous smiley face along with a vampire, cartoony ogre and clown which I think this is really a perfect game for kids to play with.
